Description

We are a well-established manufacturer of stair and rail products with over 25 years of operation in the Regina and surrounding area.
We are looking to hire a new office manager. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. The position requires good communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of general office duties, as well as some order packing and minor woodworking as needed. These duties include, but are not limited to:

-Answering and directing calls or providing information to new and existing customers,
-Creating invoices and work orders
-Manage the administrative duties for office services, including photocopying, and filing, manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintenance of office supplies and equipment
-Receiving payments for charge accounts and posting payments in Simply Accounting
-Prioritizing work orders and directing shop personnel
-Other tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications we would like to see are:

-Maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally
-Exceptional customer service
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Previous office work, or experience in the retail field is considered a tremendous asset. You will need to bring a fun, hardworking attitude and steel toed shoes to the table. Some woodworking may be involved when necessary. Flexible scheduling is offered and benefits are available after 6 months.
