The Commissionaire's Northern Saskatchewan Division is seeking an administrative clerk for our Prince Albert location.
The successful candidate will provide a broad variety of administrative duties associated with the day to day operations. The candidate must have good knowledge of computer skills, especially with word, excel, and outlook. Must have great communication, organization, and attention to detail. Knowledge in finance, scheduling and In-Time program would be an asset.
Duties will include:
telephone reception, developing tasking/alarm sheets, In-Time input and monitoring, schedule printing and distributing, employees pay sheet adjustments and submission bi weekly, data management (maintaining files), recruitment documentation and benefits information, dealing with employee issues, help to screen resumes and sign up of new hires, call employees to cover shifts when needed, maintaining office supplies/uniforms sizing/site bags and equipment, Commissioner of Oaths, petty cash, shipping and receiving parcels when necessary, and other duties as assigned.
