Tron is currently looking for a SITE CLERK for the K+S Legacy site. The primary objective of the Site Clerk will be to provide administrative and clerical duties in a fast paced work environment at the K+S Tron office, Bethune, SK.
Duties:
Will be responsible for daily submittal of timesheets to main office and other required reporting to onsite supervision and client.
Answering all calls and relaying messages as necessary to Construction Management and other staff at K+S.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence as well as other deliveries of items for Tron.
Maintaining staff attendance records, other information as needed for K+S site reports.
Filing and all other related administrative duties as assigned.
Must be able to multi-task and be highly accurate in all administrative and clerical duties.
Qualifications:
The individual requires training and experience in the practice of proper office procedures and methods gained from a basic secretarial or administrative assistant course combined with at least one year related experience.
Previous work experience in the construction field will be considered an asset.
An extensive working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.
A pleasant disposition with professional dress and appearance is necessary,
Excellent telephone communication skills are a prerequisite for this position.
Display professionalism in dealing with staff, and the general public.
A good knowledge of Des Nedhe and Tron would be an asset.
