Kelly Services is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for one of our clients here in Saskatoon!

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment.
Key Skills Required:
- Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint,) Adobe Acrobat
- Have experience in using databases such as Prolog, IPS or other programs that support document management and document control functions.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are highly organized with the exceptional ability to multi-task
Duties:
- Type, assemble and proofread reports, meeting minutes, document transmittals, drawing packages and other miscellaneous correspondence.
- File project related emails and documents of client information and prepare copies of CD's when necessary.
- Keep accurate individual time records for billing purposes.
- Provide general office support as required.
- Backup Reception as required.
