Warner Industries, one of Saskatchewan's top 100 companies continues to grow! We have an exciting opportunity for a new position in our Rentals & Leasing Division as a Sales Co-ordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assistant leasing coordinator duties:
- Ability to complete all required rental/lease documentation, including month end billings
- collecting deposits and final payments
- assist in following up on delinquent accounts
- inspecting units when Customers pick up/return the equipment
- work with fleet manager in identifying if maintenance/repair work is required and referring/scheduling the work
- work with fleet manager to ensure services are being completed when due
- ensure all units are properly licensed based on use re-new licensing when required
- ensure Customers who are leasing vehicles are carrying the proper license and insurance and are always up to date
- maintain service files for each unit
- monitor the status of all Safety Certifications making sure they are always up to date
- assisting in tracking of fleet utilization occasionally be available to assist Customers outside of the core hours of operation
- answering telephone calls and in-person inquiries
Assistant sales coordinator duties:
- help in moving trucks
- taking pictures and compiling specs for advertising
- maintain sales files
- input invoices into business system
- prepare bills of sale
- warranty register units
- track inventory between Warner branches
- digitize files
- reception coverage
- assisting Senior Sales Coordinator when needed
- Valid class 5 drivers license(3A or 1A an Asset)
- Working Knowledge of Excel
