The Gradworks Intern Development Program is designed to provide recent post-secondary graduates with challenging and career-focused positions within our network of Saskatchewan Crown Corporations. These full-time internship positions of 12 months in length are intended to allow recent post-secondary graduates the opportunity to gain experience and to develop specific career-related skills. COMPANY: SaskEnergy MINIMUM EDUCATION: Diploma and/or Bachelors Degree in Communications, Fine Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration/Commerce (Human Resources, Management, and/or Marketing) DESCRIPTION: Working within SaskEnergys Corporate Communications group, the successful candidate will create, edit and publish information in a variety of mediums (online, print, video). He/she will bring to our department an interest in learning about our company, and in developing the skills necessary for him/her to be effective in employee and corporate communications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Research and create/assist in the creation of all forms of internal employee communications including: SaskEnergy/TransGas employee newsletter (two editions per year Q2 and Q4 with approximately 12 articles in each) interviewing, writing, editing, taking photographs, working with advertising agency to layout, print and distribute.
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written, group and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
