What will you be working on?
* Independently monitoring process conditions and equipment operation such as flows, temperatures, pressures, pumps, fans, pressure vessels, dryers, centrifuges, elevators, conveyors, compactors, screens, etc.).
* Making changes to process set points to avoid upsets and correct inconsistencies which reduce overall plant efficiency.
* Collect, analyze and interpret results of process samples.
* Identify maintenance work and issue work requests.
* Assist in training new area operators and participation in safety program.

What is required for this role?
* Minimum Grade 12.
* Trades training as asset - specifically in millwrighting, pipefitting, instrumentation power engineering or electrical trades
* Experience working in an industrial setting with process and/or trades experience is an asset.
* Mechanical aptitude and ability resolve process upsets through troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Ability/desire to learn independently; self-motivated, enthusiastic.
* Shift work is required
* Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada.
