Description

Our client, a leading agricultural firm in Regina, has a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.  In this exciting role, you will play a key part in maintaining a positive, smooth flow of customer service, operations and administrative activities.

If you are a confident, cheerful communicator who can multi task and stay courteous at all times, this might be the role for you!

In this role, you will:
- Greet incoming clients, customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide telephone reception support: answer calls, relay messages and respond to general enquiries.
- Provide Administrative support to various staff members that includes general correspondence, purchase orders, technical reports, etc.  
- Provide general office support in the areas of mail, courier, fax, email, office supplies and equipment, electronic and hard copy filing, and other related duties.
- Represent the company in a professional and outgoing manner.

Education & Experience:
- Office training is an asset.
- Experience in an agricultural firm a definite asset.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Internet.

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Professional demeanour.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Not afraid to learn new things, and comfortable with the computer.
- Able to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.  
- Outgoing, confident and down to earth.  
- Impeccable people skills on the telephone and in person.  
- Must be able to multi-task in a busy work environment, stay composed when under pressure and deal professionally with people.
