With our extensive fleet of conventional rubber tired and specialty all-terrain utility construction equipment, and a sizeable work force of highly skilled employees we are able to handle any project up to 750 KV.
Currently, Forbes Bros Ltd. is recruiting Red Seal Mobile Crane Journeyman or Apprentice Operators with class 1 / class 3 with air.
Duties & Responsibilities
The general duties and responsibilities of the Crane Operator include, but are not limited to:
Performing pre-operational inspection, and calculate crane capacities and weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting.
Communicating with ground crews using hand signals and voice communication.
Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have
Experience on one or more of the following is required: All Terrain crane up to 200 ton , Rough Terrain crane up to 100 ton and Boom Truck up to 45 ton.
Valid Crane Operator Trade Certification
Ability to deal effectively with others in a diverse environment
Additional Details
This position requires candidates to:
Have and maintain a valid class driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract
Successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
