The Resort at Cypress Hills is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented people to join our Summer 2015 team.
The Guest Services Agent is responsible to provide 100% guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service and by exceeding all Resort guests expectations. Guest Services Agents are the first point of contact for all guests, either coming for accommodations or simply using our Food and Beverage facilities. They should be outgoing, friendly and able to deal with the public, one on one, in a professional manner. A willingness to help in other departments at The Resort is essential.
-Strong professional communication skills, including ability to provide outstanding customer service
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge to guests and employees
-Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
-Basic computer skills; word processing, spreadsheets and proprietary hotel software
-Decision making/ problem resolution skills
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to be on feet for duration of shift
-Ability to do shift work; some overnight shifts are required
