Falcon Equipment is currently seeking a Receptionist for our Regina, Saskatchewan branch office.
Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, managing a busy multi-line phone system, various administrative duties including assisting the Service and Parts departments as required. The Receptionist is also required to maintain confidentiality and be able to interact professionally with employees, management and our valued customers. Other duties shall be assigned as necessary.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a reception/administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Superior customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude
Exceptional telephone manner we want to hear the smile in your voice!
Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
Keen attention to details
Resourceful and flexible
Proven organizational and time management skills
