We are currently seeking a highly motivated, performance driven individual to join our team in the position of Sales Manager.

Based out of Regina, Saskatchewan, the primary role of the Sales Manager will be to maximize the sales of Brandt rail equipment and Brandt Rail Services contracts to the rail industry customers.  With the goal of achieving and exceeding annual sales volume and gross margin targets, the Sales Managers key tasks include but are not limited to managing all aspects of the sale of rail equipment and services to customers, managing a team of sales personnel, establishing strong relationships with key customers, working with Brandts engineering team and project managers to provide rail equipment solutions to our customers, working with the marketing team to promote product and brand awareness with rail customers, assisting the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals for customers, and Leading the Rail division at industry trade shows. Travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and self-directed individual who will have sales or customer service experience in the rail industry.  Applicants must have a positive attitude as well as excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
