Work setting: Indian fine Dine-in Restaurant;
Terms of employment: Full-time and Permanent;
Title:Food Counter Attendent;
Number of Positions: 1
Salary: $11.00 per hour;
Education: Some Secondary school or equivalent and candidates with education related to cooking, especially Indian Food, will be given preference;
Experience: At least 3 years of experience with authentic Indian food.
Skill Required and Job Duties:
-Should be able to Cook Authentic Indian Food, including but not limited to Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Tandoori Dishes, Authentic East Indian Tandoori Appetizers, East Indian Breads etc.;
-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
-Supervise kitchen helpers;
-Set up and Oversee Buffets;
-Clean kitchen and work area;
-May plan menus and determine size of food portions.

Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
