Description

As a Building Service Assistant you will be working within the southeast district of Saskatchewan where you will work independently on general maintenance and upkeep of SaskTel properties. For the first 2 weeks you will be in Regina taking safety training courses that pertain to ladder safety, defensive driving / driving with a trailer, pesticide application, and others. Following your training you will be working out of Estevan but travelling throughout the lower part of southeast Saskatchewan maintaining the buildings and grounds attached to the SaskTel towers.

Specific duties include:
1. Grass cutting
2. Chemical application
3. Painting
4. Repairs and maintenance to vehicles and buildings
5. Change filters and fans
6. Roof repairs
7. Landscaping

Qualifications:
1. Studying full time at a post-secondary school
2. Registered as a full-time student in a post-secondary school in the fall of 2015

This is an excellent opportunity for those that enjoy working outdoors. You will work 4 - 10 hour days per week which provides you with a long weekend every weekend! The starting wage for this position is $18.21 per hour.
