Description

Battle River Settlement Foundation, Inc. "Friends of Fort Battleford National Historic Site Canada" has a Reception/Sales Associate bilingual position available.  Duties for the Visitor Centre Clerk in cooperation with Fort Battleford National Historic Site are: Interacting with visitors, greeting, providing information on the Battlefords & area, collecting park fees & arranging guided tours; Working in the Gift Shop, stocking shelves, pricing, cleaning & rearranging merchandise, assisting the visitors with their purchases; clerical work doing cash out & balancing the till at end of day & daily tally of statistics each day; part of the planning & working of Special Events, Urban Treaty Day, Canada Day, Day Camps & Hot Dog Days; working different shifts & weekends throughout the summer; being a team player; must be bilingual; must be available to assist with fundraising when necessary; answer to the Business Manager & assist in day to day activities; be available for training with Park Staff at the beginning of the summer season.   Position starting as soon as possible.
