Brewsters Brewing Company & Restaurant est.'1989 in Regina, SK becoming Saskatchewan's FIRST Brew Pub & Canada's largest Brew Pub & Restaurant group. Currently w/ 14 locations throughout AB. & SK.3 in Regina, 5 in Edmonton, 5 in Calgary & 1 in Airdrie. We brew our own products & serve 14-16 of our own beer on tap.

Hiring 1 Full time Brewer's Assistants. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, that can result in a brewing career.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY: required to work during: daytime, evenings & wk/ends. Once job training/probation period is completed, you'll work more independently at most times (allowing you to have somewhat of a more flexible schedule.)

Experience of 0-1yr. an assest; beer & brewing knowledge ideal; restaurant/brew pub experience (in addition) even better! No experience, it's okay, if your the right person for the job, we'll train you!

Our prime objective is to provide a genuine alternative for beer lovers who want to sample different styles of beer while enjoying our extensive menu designed to compliment our handcrafted beers.

DUTIES: dress neatly/well groomed. Work directly under Brewsters SK Head Brew Master. Help to create Brewsters award winning craft beers. Knowledge of/keep updated on food/beverage items (beer, quality, preperation, brewing, bottling.) At times, upon request, guide staff/guests in selecting items. Appropriate safe food handling & follow alcohol awareness procedures. Maintain open, mature & respectful communication w/ all staff. Able to move/carry, transport various sizes of kegs, 1L & 2L bottles of beverage; stand; walk; reach, bend & clean during entire shift. Maintain a clean/tidy brewery, work area & Brewsters truck at all times. Keep the Ownership Group, SK Head Admin. Office, Regional Managers, GM's & MOD's fully informed.
