The candidate is based on the job description with the following attributes, but not limited to:
Certification or diploma in Restaurant & Hotel Management (Hospitality)
Experience in a full service restaurant environment. Bartending and serving experience, front of house, and knowledge of working in or with the chef(s) in the back of the house.
Upholding high standards of quality products, etiquette, cleanliness and sanitation.
Demonstrated commitment to guest service and delivering quality food and beverages. strong verbal and analytic skills,a high level of energy, an outgoing personality.
Able in developing and training a team. Responsible for hiring, training, and motivating
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The ability to create and build sales opportunities within the restaurant and the resort
Strong understanding of social media, able to implement and market effectively.
Able to create and implement various promotions with the different mediums of marketing
A strong understanding of restaurant controls and income statements, labor and food costs, control inventory monitoring and procedures, knowledge of working with a budget in food and beverage.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for all supplies, product ordering and receiving.
A history of achieving financial performance targets, maximizing profits, able to modify procedures and prices, end of day reports, weekly reports. knowledge of excel and word programs, POS systems, Proficient user of Apple hardware and software
Experience using Open Table Reservation System
