Gods Little Blessing's Child Care is looking for a Full time ECE III Director able to implement and oversee Christian programming, beginning immediately.
Requirements of Employment:
Criminal Record Check
Child Abuse Check
Current First Aid/CPR Level C
Results of Tuberculosis Test
Early Childhood Education Level III Certificate
Applicants must have:
A working knowledge of The Child Care Regulations 2001 and The Child Care Act
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Childcare Centre Director
Excellent management skills
Experience working with a faith-based, non-profit Board of Directors
Able to embrace the vision and mission statement of the Board
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Computer and record keeping skills
Able to create a loving atmosphere for children, staff and parents
Able to work a variety of hours (between 7:00am - 6:00pm) and schedule supervision in a busy environment.
Able to implement and maintain Play and Exploration
Personal working knowledge and experience in an Evangelical Christian environment
Early Childhood Education Skills as pertaining to a Director:
-Knowledge of licensing regulations
-Assess the developmental level of children
-Plan and develop a play and exploration program
