Location(s): McArthur River, SK

Snake Lake Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated individual who is self-directed, organized and provides direction and leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to: IT, Human Resources, Payroll, data entry and tracking, coordinating, consistent and fair application of all Labour Relations policies and procedures.  
Located in McArthur River, you will:
Report directly to the Project Manager.
Office Coordination  set up and maintain files and structure
Properly file all required documentation
Data collection, input and monitoring
Payroll processing
Maintain high standard of quality control
Handle Employee inquiries
Make recommendations for cost savings, time management
    
As a key participant in the relationship with the contractor, other contractors, company and client, the Data Coordinator generally has multiple years of experience. The Data Coordinator has the following specific areas of responsibility: IT, payroll, coordination, data input and to meet the terms and conditions to be employed on a Cameco Mine site.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Understands SK Labour Legislation, payroll, benefits systems
Organised
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines        
Qualifications
IT Certificate or degree
Human Resources background
Project coordination experience

We are committed to hiring Resident of Far North
Hours of work: 7 days in / 7 days out
Shift: Day shift
Drug and Alcohol Testing Requirement: The successful candidate shall be subject to a substance test as a condition of employment.
