Planet of the Vapes is one of Saskatchewan's most trusted electronic cigarette retailers, and has been said to be one of the best places to work in the province.  The business is expanding, and is seeking to hire a full time manager for its new location in Moose Jaw.

Position Responsibilities
Actively seek out and offers a friendly greeting to customers.
    
Asking open ended questions about customers vaping in order to determine their needs.  
Be enthusiastic with the customer, when necessary, handle several customers at once Thanking customers for shopping at Planet of the Vapes
Answering questions about merchandise according to the customers level of expertise
Describing features and benefits of products
Explaining how to use and maintain devices
Resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Executing daily stock maintenance: all products are displayed and clean
Doing light shelf facing maintenance
Ensuring that displays are clean, presentable
  
Experience/Knowledge Required:
Cashing in and out of your till
Opening and closing the shop
Ordering inventory
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills
