The Southwest Booster, part of TC Media, is a reliable daily source of news, information, and advertising solutions for the Swift Current region. Our expanding advertising portfolio includes multiplatform solutions in print and digital formats.
We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Digital Sales Specialist. Reporting to the Digital Sales and Operations Supervisor, you will be a member of a collaborative Saskatchewan sales team and play an integral role in the success and growth of our company. Working out of our Swift Current location, you will also be responsible for Digital Sales at our other Saskatchewan Southern Weekly papers (Grenfell, Radville, Oxbow, and Coronach) and travel between these locations will be required.
Duties include:
Providing digital advertising campaigns and solutions to clients
Educating clients on the value of our broad product offerings and solutions
Collaborating with sales teams in Grenfell, Radville, Oxbow, and Coronach to deliver quality customer service to clients
Developing customized campaign strategies
Proactively sourcing and creating new advertising initiatives
Qualifications:
Sales training, relative education, or a willingness to learn sales techniques through on the job training
Strong understanding of web, social, and mobile technologies
Energetic, driven, able to work independently and reach set goals and targets
Strong working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid drivers license, clean abstract, and reliable automobile
