The company has a career opportunity for qualified applicants at PotashCorp  Cory, located 8km west of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Mine Training Coordinator, the Mine Trainer will assist in the development and delivery of specialized and necessary training programs to underground employees to ensure a safe, productive and efficient operation.  

This position requires a strong leader who has the ability to mentor, provide ongoing support, and the instructional expertise necessary to deliver a training program which allows our employees to develop and reach their full potential while meeting corporate and site training standards.  

The successful candidate should have significant underground experience, preferably in the Potash industry. Supervisory experience and/or Mine Rescue training would be considered assets.  Applicants should be self starters, highly motivated, and possess the ability to work in a challenging fast paced team environment. They should be flexible and adaptable to change. Maturity, superior communication, organizational and decisive problem solving skills will be essential to fulfill the requirements of this position. Familiarity with or the ability to learn specific computer skills necessary for the position is expected.  

The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check.  All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
