Manufacturer of industrial and construction related attachments is seeking aggressive, dynamic Sales Leader to expand Western Canadian dealer and customer base. Key markets include skid steer and compact skid steer loader dealers, rental equipment outlets, agricultural equipment dealerships, and larger industrial end user companies. As the chief coordinator and promoter you will be responsible for planning and directing all activities as it relates to the sales and marketing of the attachment product line.
Key Job Requirements Include:
Establishing good business relationships to order to achieve and exceed sales targets;
A proven track record of high earnings selling construction and industrial equipment;
Ability to travel on short notice with/without tow and show equipment package as required;
Energetic self-starter, ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously to maximize sales efforts;
Ability to present products and promote benefits in person and over the phone;
Strong interest in contributing to the growth of a company;
Ability to collect market information during face-to-face interactions and over the phone;
Good communication skills, punctual, organized, confidential, professional, and respectful;
Successful Sales Leaders will have the following skills and qualifications:
At least 5 years of demonstrated sales success in construction/industrial equipment related markets;
Hands-on knowledge of prospect calling, establishing and working with dealer networks;
High energy, disciplined, results driven;
Good working knowledge of computers and internet;
A real passion for sales, marketing, and promotion;
Proven ability to anticipate and solve business problems;
