RioCan has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Yorkton, SK.  

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties comprising of 300,000 square feet of retail space.

To qualify, you will have completed a College Diploma or Certificate Program in Business Administration. You will also have 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a retail environment. Proven experience managing large tenants is an asset.  

Strong financial management skills, including familiarity with budgets, is essential for success in this role. As such, you will also have strong focus on delivering results and providing exceptional tenant service.
