This role includes, but is not limited to, the following primary duties:
Prepare, format, proofread, edit, brand and assemble reports, proposals, financial statements, business correspondence, tax returns and presentations with minimal direction
Monitor deliverables to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with Firms standards
Take ownership for completion of client deliverables, initiate preparation of related documentation and review for completeness and accuracy prior to release
Provide support to quality and risk assessment process and related documentation
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings (including live meetings, conference calls and video conferences)
Attend meetings/calls and transcribe minutes
Leverage use of available firm resources for transactional tasks
Complete expense reports on behalf of the practitioner
Coordinate travel arrangements
CRM administration including contact and engagement management
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years work experience in a complex, professional services work environment and in a similar role
Advanced level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, as well as Deloitte resident packages such as CMS and CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role
