This is an exciting role where you will have an opportunity to work directly with our SaskTel customers through various types of incoming customer calls. You will have an opportunity to work with customers on billing inquiries, requests to make changes to their SaskTel products and services and a variety of other situations the customer may request assistance with.
At SaskTel, you own the customer experience! You must be customer focused and comfortable working toward call centre metrics. These positions are of a casual part-time nature, therefore SaskTel cannot guarantee a set number of work hours per week. Hours are scheduled according to business need and average 20-24 hours per week. Please see below for the hours of operation in our service department.
Position Requirements
1. Customer Service and sales experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence, persuade and deal effectively with others
3. Knowledge of SaskTel products and services
4. Analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
5. Experience working with personal computers and various software applications
6. Ability to multi task and adapt to a constantly changing environment
7. Successful completion of SaskTel training courses
8. Keyboarding skills 20 WPM
