Job Summary:
  The Nursing Unit Managers are responsible to provide leadership, direction, supervision and clinical management in their assigned service area.  They are responsible for the management of established standards of service as per established policy, C.C.H.S.A. Standards & Professional Standards of Practice.

Required Qualifications:
  Post graduate training in clinical management and/or a degree in nursing
  Registered or eligible for registration with RPNAS and/or SRANA

Additional Text:
  Must have considerable experience in the area of clinical nursing management and the ability to contribute to the learning of nursing team members
  Competency in the clinical nursing area is essential
  Must have comprehensive knowledge of current nursing theory and practice
  Must have knowledge of the principles of Psychiatric Rehabilitation
