Description

This unique position is responsible for the leasing of retail merchandising carts, common area space and in-line stores, as well as the pursuit of sponsorships and other revenue generating opportunities. The position works closely with owners and managers of retail operations along with a team of property management professionals.
Duties include tenant prospecting (cold calling and local travel), preparation and negotiation of license agreements, collection of rent, coordination of move-ins & set-ups and monitoring day-to-day operations.  
Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong skills and experience in sales, business development, customer service, and retail merchandising. Computer literacy and a valid drivers license are essential. A real estate license is considered an asset.
