NIJO Yard Supplies is a well established landscape company that is currently seeking a seasonal full-time experienced landscape labourer. Landscaping labourers perform work to assist in the construction of landscapes and related structures and areas by hardscape installations (pavers and walls), sod installations, landscape design and irrigation installation and maintenance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Building patios, driveways and sidewalks with paving stones, building flower beds and retaining walls, ponds, spreading topsoil, screen dirt and topsoil, lay sod, load and unload trucks and install sprinklers
-Operate and Maintain Equipment: skid steer, pipe puller, tampers, chop saws, skill saw, generators, screener, lasers, sod cutters, and other landscape equipment
-Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environment

Attributes in a labourer would be excellent organization skills, verbal and written communication skills. A landscape labourer must be a hard working, team oriented individual who can work as part of a team or independently when required. A landscape labourer is willing to take direction, be dependable, punctual and has a positive, professional attitude.

Applicants must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and a valid Class 5 license is required. Landscaping jobs range from Swift Current to surrounding area within 100kms. CSA approved, steel toed footwear is mandatory. Heavy lifting and manual labor is a part of the job.
