Location:
We are looking for a front desk Receptionist to be based in our Head Office, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on a Monday through Friday work week.
The Challenge:
As Receptionist you take on an important share in the overall functioning of our organization. You are accountable for providing professional support with document formatting, switchboard, coordination and organization of various meetings, courier and mail deliveries, maintaining office supplies and a wide assortment of various clerical and administrative support. Your effectual communication, professional image and pleasant personality will be important to your success.
Qualifications:
High School and/or office administration diploma
Competent skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
High level of punctuality and attendance
Highly adaptable, professional and efficient
Politeness and patience
Highly motivated and supportive to the team
A strong desire to learn, grow and succeed
