Location: Estevan Branch
Job Purpose
This position is primarily responsible for greeting members and non-members, identifying sales opportunities, answering member questions and directing members to appropriate departments as required. This position is also responsible for booking member appointments by telephone and in person and providing administrative support to sale and management staff as required.
Working Conditions
This position is expected to operate within a regional service delivery model which may require travel between locations. Other duties may be assigned outside the above job purpose provided the duties are normally associated with another position at the same or lower pay grade.
Minimum Qualifications
- Academic minimum of Grade XII or equivalent.
- Ability to handle basic math concepts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. (tested)
- Experience providing exceptional customer or client service is preferred.
