Ma Premire cole Preschool is seeking a Preschool Instructor immediately
Ma Premire cole Preschool is a parent managed, non-profit, preschool for three to five year olds, located in St. Andrews Elementary School.
Our goal is to prepare students to be successful in French Immersion Kindergarten.
Ma Premire cole is looking for an instructor, fluent in both English and French, for the remainder of the 2014-2015 school year with the possibility to continue into the 2015-16 school year.
The instructor is responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate programming and instruction for all Ma Premire cole preschool programs. The instructor is managed by the board of directors and receives assistance from parent volunteers. The position is paid at $22.50 per hour and includes sick leave payable if not taken and paid prep time.
The preschool follows the Regina Catholic School Board calendar and has 30 children enrolled across 4 classes. Currently classes are offered every morning from 9:15 to 11:30 and every afternoon from 1:00 to 3:15.
Early childhood education and experience are valued. A criminal record check will be required. The position will start immediately to finish the 2014-15 school year (end of June 2015) with the possibility to extend to an 8 month term beginning September 2015 and finishing in April 2016.
