Position Type:
Cafeteria Manager

Location:
Yorkton Regional High School

Position Details:
Full Time Permanent 8 Hours per day
Hours of work are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
197 days per year as noted on the School Calendar

Duties:
Experience in overseeing the operation of a cafeteria including ordering, inventory, meal planning, food preparation and service; preparing and administering the assigned budget and monitoring expenditures; monitors preparation, serving and storage of food to ensure     compliance with health standards; work closely with the Cooking Teacher to ensure
student practical access to the kitchen, and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Preference given to applicants that are/have:
-Red Seal Journeyman Cook status
-various other courses such as WHMIS Training,
-Food Safe Courses, First Aid Training
Salary:
In accordance with the current out of scope salary grid.
