Description

Whitewood School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 school with an enrollment of 260 students and a staff of 17.0 FTE teachers and 14.0 FTE support staff.  Whitewood Schools vision is Here to Grow and their mission statement is Success for All Students.  Whitewood School believes in providing supportive environment in which students and staff will work together to grow and become all that they can be.  [50% administrative, 50% teaching; administrative allowance is approximately $10,000]

Qualifications
Eligible for Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
Masters degree (completed or in progress) is a definite asset  
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support Every Student by Name, by Need
Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Divisions strategic direction
