We are currently seeking an experienced service-oriented and North Battleford. If you are self-motivated, energetic and fun, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position. We have two full-time hearing clinics and a few satellite clinics. This is a new clinic so you would be the first receptionist there!
Hours would be 10am-5pm Monday to Friday with a lunch break.
Wages are $14-$16 based on experience plus commission. You will be paid out monthly depending on the success of the clinics gross revenue. You could earn a potential bonus of up to $400 additional a month.
As our Office Assistant, you are the he first line of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional, quality customer care in an efficient, timely manner while running the day to day operations of the clinic.
The responsibilities of the position include:
General office administration
File management including scheduling and billing
Client service
Keeping reception tidy
Answering telephone calls and performing follow-up calls
Clean and check hearing aids, minor hearing aid repairs (extensive training provided)
Inventory, Float, and Petty cash reports
Invoicing for third party contracts (ie. VAC, WCB, NIHB)
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent computer skills
Minimum 2 year of reception/office experience preferably in a healthcare clinic.
Technical skills in accuracy and dexterity
Adaptability to change
Ability to speak in a clear and concise manner
Background in volunteering with seniors an asset
Office assistant certificate will be preferred.
