Adecco Saskatoon is currently looking for a Recruiter to work on site with our client, near Vanscoy, SK. This is a 3 month contract position. We are looking for a confident, high energy, dynamic individual with a passion and proven track record for recruiting. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter job will include;
- Liaison with Team Lead Talent Attraction and hiring managers to proactively understand staffing and recruitment requirements
- Source, attract and secure top talent for various positions
- Complete full cycle recruitment process; back ground checks, offer letters etc
- Schedule interviews, follow up with managers for feedback, and take ownership of the entire process
- Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive human resource landscape, and effectiveness of sourcing strategies

Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors degree from a recognized post secondary institute, preferably in commerce, business administration, with a major in Human Resources
- 3-5 Years of experience in a technical recruiting role
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent
- Highly results driven
- Experience with applicant tracking software
- Ability to apply behavioral interviewing techniques and share a strong understanding of employment laws
