Description

Pro1 Services Inc., is a Saskatoon business specializing in Residential/Commercial Electrical Contracting, Security, Audio, Video and Automation Systems for renovations and new construction. We serve national accounts throughout Saskatchewan as well as local commercial and residential client needs. We are now hiring an individual for sales, estimating and project management. Applicants must have sales experience, demonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable, have a valid driver's license, be bondable, and clear a criminal occurrence record check.

Responsibilities include:
o Meet monthly and annual sales target goals
o Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts
o Uncover new opportunities and design marketing strategies
o Responsible for successfully managing the sales process; lead generation, solution pitch, negotiation, close and post sale service
o Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
o Provide project management assistance to insure project completion deadlines

Requirements:
o Ability manage the entire sales cycle.
o Ability to learn new software applications in the pursuit of job efficiency
o Experience with electrical, security systems, audio, video & automation systems or construction a real asset
o Ambitious and approachable
o Attention to detail, with Customer focused and strong communication skills both written and spoken
o Strong time management skills
o Experience in a similar sales related position is a strong asset
o Experience in online marketing strategies as well as brick & mortar
o Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Excel & Word a must
