Paradise LeisureScapes has an immediate opening for a full time Construction Team Member. Due to the wide variety of duties preformed at residential properties, a positive attitude, open mind and a willingness to learn is a must for this position.
Building and construction knowledge is important, experience with pools would be an asset but we are willing to train. Must be willing to work 40+ hours a week as well as evening and weekends with overtime available.
Construction Team Member Duties and Responsibilities:
-Learn our products, services and capabilities.
-Lead your team in the construction of multiple types of in-ground and above ground swimming pools and spas.
-Clean, maintain and organize warehouse, tools, equipment and vehicles.
-Detail Oriented
-Construction knowledge and use of basic construction tools.
-Experience running heavy equipment (backhoe, skid loader, ect)
-Trouble shooting
-Understanding of plumbing and electrical
-Learn the variety of products associated with the pool and spa industry
This position requires the following:
-Ability to work 40+ hours per week (overtime hours available)
-Work in adverse weather conditions
-Sitting, standing, bending, kneeling ability to lift 75 lbs
-Well groomed physical appearance
-Available to work weekday, evenings and weekends
-Mechanical ability or aptitude to learn
-Strong problem solving ability
-Good communication & organizational skills
-Team oriented
-Flexibility with job responsibilities
-Reliable and professional
-Enjoy working outdoors
-Committed to safety at all times
-Tasks involving physical labor
-Operate hand and power tools
-Clean and prepare job sites
-Assist other team members
