Adecco is currently recruiting for a Sales & Staffing Consultant job in Saskatoon, SK.  

As a Sales & Staffing Consultant you are someone who can source and secure new business opportunities within the Saskatoon area. You build effective relationships with your clients and candidates and provide superior customer service.   You possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.  The ability to consistently meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple tasks is critical in this role.

Functions of the Sales & Staffing Consultant job include:
    Identifying opportunities for increased or new lines of business with clients, and promoting Adeccos products and services through cold-calling and keeping in touch with past and current clients on a regular basis.
    Consulting and coordinating with Branch Manager to better understand clients' needs, maximize the level of service, encourage relationship building and provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands.
    Filling and servicing client orders efficiently through the client needs assessment, interviewing, testing, hiring and placing of temporary associates.
    Supervising all temporary associates on assignment, coaching and counseling when required.
    Providing follow-up to clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders.
    Supporting the Branch Manager to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Adecco policies and procedures.

Requirements:
    A minimum of two years related experience, ideally in a sales and service -oriented environment.
    Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
    Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices is an asset.
    Proficient in PC software packages, such as MS Office.
