Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager the role is responsible for the following:

Provides routine and emergency repairs, preventative maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and facilities within a high standard for to ensure safe ongoing production and operations.    
Performs repairs and preventive maintenance for Saskarc facilities, equipment, tools and infrastructure as established through internal maintenance procedures.    
Performs tool box and tool crib checks.    
Coordinates repairs or shutdowns with the Production Manager and Operations Manager to synchronize workflow.    
Gives priority to emergency repairs or repairs that may create a slow down or loss of production.    
Qualifications and Experience:
Millwright ticket preferred.
Mechanically inclined, well organized and competent in the use of various tools.
Troubleshooting ability to determine required maintenance jobs.
Flexible in available work hours and willing to work overtime as required.
3- 5 years of experience in a related field.
Ticketed to operate various types of powered mobile equipment including forklifts and, overhead cranes.
