Due to our rapidly expanding portfolio, we currently are seeking a candidate who would ideally possess the following qualifications:
- Fifth Class Operating Engineer's Certificate
- Refrigeration Operators Certificate
- Three to five years experience in operation, repair and maintenance of a commercial office building
- Self-motivated, highly organized, flexible and willing to adapt to change
- Above average customer service skills, able to communicate well with tenants, clients, contractors and fellow staff
- The ability to develop and administer operating budgets with the supervision of the Property Manager
- Good computer skills
- Valid drivers license

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems
- Work with minimal supervision
