Description

Brandt is continuing to grow and expand our business and we are looking for hard-working, creative individuals to join our Team. We are currently seeking a Parts and Service Administrator for our Engineering Products Division.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with field technicians to ensure efficient information is provided on the work orders.
- Answer service phone calls (transfer to appropriate parties in the service department), arrange organizational development, filing and organizing office equipment.
- Open, maintain and close work orders in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the parts department to ensure the correct segments were opened for each work order and that the correct parts are placed under the correct segment.
- Tracking and maintaining time for technicians and ensuring this information matches the work order.
- Tracking the timely completion of service requests both internal and external.
- Monitor Product Improvement Plans (PIPs) IPs and service bulletins.
- Update active hot list and product history file as required.
- Work with the Warranty departments on processing claims and closing WOs.
- Manage product improvement plans (PIP).
- Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure organization of paperwork in the Service Department and develop roles as the Service Manager sees fit.

Skills:

- Must be able to multitask and take on challenging work in a fast paced environment.
- Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills when dealing with both internal and external customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be a team player that is also self-motivated
-  Detail oriented and organizational skills are key requirements

Experience:

- Previous experience in a Service department setting or dealership environment is considered an asset
- Grade 12 or higher education (diploma in Office Admin/Business)
