In this position, you love to work with people and help them with their day to day financial needs. You provide fast and friendly service, which comes in handy when problem solving, taking loan payments and processing investment transactions, all of which are done over the phone, by email or fax. Your exceptionally strong listening and communication skills showcase your commitment to going the extra mile and recognizing our members' additional needs. You provide clear and concise service when handling deposit inquiries, loan applications and booking appointments.
Preferably, you have 1-5 years of job-related experience, and a minimum of Grade 12 education. Experience in the credit union system and sales training would be considered an asset.
Shifts for this position are Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. You will be scheduled in our evening and Saturday rotation schedule.
