Description

Are you passionate about customer service?  Do you want to be part of a Champion organization?  

If so, The Saskatchewan Roughriders are seeking an individual like you who enjoys speaking to people, has high energy, is team oriented, and provides excellent customer service to Rider Nation!  

This position will be responsible for providing high caliber customer service to fans, corporate sponsors, Club guests, and all other Stadium visitors at all Roughrider Home Games.  As a member of the Game Day Stadium Hospitality Team, you will greet patrons, answer questions, conduct fan surveys, all while providing support throughout our premium seating areas.

In our goal to continue growing, spreading, and supporting the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club we want you to join our team!


Applicants are required to have the following knowledge/skills/attributes:

    Experience in hospitality industry (host, hostess, server, or customer service representative)
    Balance of friendliness, professionalism, approachability and problem solving ability
    Being able to provide outstanding public relation
    Professionalism and maturity in responding to staff and customer issues, complaints and assertive behaviour
    Proven communication skills and an ability to listen, be patient and probe for information
    Aptitude for change in a fast paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
    Team oriented style with a can do service focus

This position is a seasonal, contract role which will run from June to November.  All applicants must be available to work all home games.  Please visit our website to review the 2015 Schedule prior to application.
