THE POSITION:

Cornerstone Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated individual to be part of a team of knowledgeable sales people with a genuine commitment to create and maintain , fully banked, profitable lifetime members. The Contact Centre Representative I will provide members and potential members with a variety of electronic services related to the promotion and sale of non-cash products and services with accuracy and courtesy. Will respond to basic requests, inquiries and concerns   using a variety of media, including but not necessarily limited to telephony, e-mail and internet chat. Successful candidates will be expected to pro-actively retain and expand existing member relationships, while pursuing new sources of business.

This will be a .4000 FTE (15 hours per week*) PT position, located at the Tisdale Branch of Cornerstone Credit Union. Scheduling determined by the immediate manager to the position. Schedule will vary & will include a combination of Mon-Sat, days/evenings.

Successful candidates will have a Grade 12 diploma plus 1-3 yrs of  experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must have proven ability to recognize cross-selling opportunities, make sales or refer sales. Exceptional telephone skills and strong verbal and written communication skills is required.
