Massload Technologies is a manufacturer and exporter of load cells, weigh scales and electronic products. We are now receiving applications for a full-time production assembler to join our flexible manufacturing team. Duties involve assembly of load cells and weigh scales, calibration, testing, packaging and fork lift operation. The work can be physically demanding and may require lifting assemblies of 50lbs or more. Relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, including test equipment operation, laboratory instruments, and basic wiring and soldering skills would be an advantage. Cross training will be provided as needed.
We are looking for a disciplined hard working individual who is diligent and energetic and driven to achieve results in a timely manner. He/she takes pride in achieving excellence in his/her workmanship. The applicant must have the ability to read, understand and follow written production procedures and to work independently. Individual flexibility to multi-task between differing production operations is essential. He/she will have good communication skills and be able to work harmoniously in a team environment.
