Temporary help is required to care for general administration duties.
Duties will include:
Respond to all walk-in clients, contractors, and other general inquiries
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Prepare maintenance work orders
Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets
Updating filing systems
Other administrative and clerical duties
Skills and Abilities Required:
Previous experience in a professional office environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to operate word processing and spreadsheet programs
Experience with filing systems
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, flexibility, efficiency, and good judgement
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Successful candidate will be a post secondary student returning to school in the fall semester.
