Description

Reporting to the Mill Operations Supervisor, the Operator, Mill Special Assignment in Mill Operations overall accountability is to ensure that work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Specific responsibilities will include:
-Assist with washdown of plant
-Assist with continuous cleanup during the mill's turnaround
-Participate in housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance to site standards.

Qualifications of the position include:
-High School Diploma
-Interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work in a labor intensive team environment.
-Supervisory experience and leadership skills would be an asset.

This position is located at the Agrium's Vanscoy, Saskatchewan, Potash Mine facility.  Vanscoy Potash Operations (VPO) is located approximately 33 kilometers southwest of Saskatoon.
