Advance your automotive sales career by adding in the management piece. Serve customers in East Central Saskatchewan employed with the expanding industries of mining, oil & gas, and agriculture. Our client owns multiple dealerships in Saskatchewan and needs a Sales Manager / General Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities and success of the sales, finance, and service departments.
Micro-managers need not apply to this family-owned organization.

- At the crossroads of your career,
- Have progressive sales experience (preferably automotive) with desire to actively remain on the sales floor; personally contributing regularly to monthly sales quotas
- Have understanding of the value of used cars,
- Desire to motivate, coach, mentor, and train a sales team,
- Willing to learn and receive leadership from a veteran in the industry,
- Want to assimilate fully and get actively involved in a small community
- Eager to participate in the customer experience; handling customer relations and sales team support
- Desire to shed the suit and tie and work in a more relaxed dealership
