Summer Student JobThis position will run from May 20 to September 7, 2015 and will be a full-time summer position (end date is negotiable). The Pool Manager reports to the Recreation Director and is responsible for the operation and administration of the pool. The Pool Manager trains and supervises the senior and junior lifeguards and is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating aquatic programs. They are also responsible for guarding, effective operation of pool circulation, the filtration system and proper pool chemistry. This position works very closely with the Recreation Director to ensure programs and operations are designed for the needs of the community and surrounding area.
EXPERIENCE: Must be 18 years of age & 2 years experience as Senior Guard.
